Upweller counts are tracked separately from your flat gear. Each silo has its own notes for what you did — cleaned, graded, moved out, etc.

Revenue comes from your logged sales (set a sale price when you sell). Costs are entries you add here — seed, gear, fuel, labor. Profit is revenue minus costs, by month.
Seasonal calendar
As water cools and growth stops, bring gear ashore to protect it from ice and winter storms, and to overwinter stock safely.
Once water warms and the risk of hard freeze passes, set gear back out so oysters feed through the growing season.
These windows are general guidance for the Northeast; adjust to your own waters, lease conditions, and a given year's weather.
Plymouth, MA
